The annual rummage sale event is not only community building but it is also one of our largest parish outreach activities. People come, browse and purchase from a large selection of gently used treasures! Many of the items donated are household items, appliances, furniture, linens, clothing & accessories, toys & games, baby items, books & other media, hobby & office materials, tools, and much more! Items for the rummage sale are collected several days prior to the sale and are donated by other community members. After the close of the rummage sale, items are packed and given away to charities and some of the items are also donated to the silent auction at the parish.
Volunteers of all ages are needed to work a couple of hours or days to collect, set-up, clean, price and sort through all donated items. Participating in the Rummage Sale is a great way to make friends in the community while helping to serve the needy. If this ministry is for you, please contact the parish office 909.797.2533
